YPMC and Growing Spiritual Transformational Leaders is offering a template letter that can be used to address the specific concern of the expenses faced when our youth workers are building relationships with teens by participating in their school activities.  We are also offering “40 Assets for Adolescents” from the Search Institute as a helpful framework for this conversation. Please study this document to be familiar with the 40 ways before using the letter – they are eye-opening!
